- Shipping is FREE!
- All order are shipped United Postal Service (UPS). All order received before 12:00 Mountain Time will be processed and shipped same day. All order received after 12:00 noon Mountain Time will be processed the following day. On average, shipments should arrive to their destination within 4-6 days after an order has been placed. All shipping is FREE however; a standard $5.00 dollar handling fee is included with each order regardless of quantity.

- When you correspond with us using email inquiries that are sent to Spy Gear Angel, your return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive from you. Spy Gear Angel does not share, sell or rent your email information with any third party vendors. We also ask for your email information, but never share your information when you sign up for Spy Gear Angel newsletters. This information is strictly used to send you notice for promotions, specials and to distribute any special codes used to provide you with special deals and discounts on orders you place with Spy Gear Angel.

- Returns & Replacements
- All Sales Are Final
- All products come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty against defects
- Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee or prevailing market rate as determined by Spy Gear Angel. Prior to returning any item, please contact Spy Gear Angel to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will then be given return instructions which include address information on where your shipment needs to be directed.
- 48 Hour Grace Period for Returns
- Returns are allowed, but only within the first 48 hours after receipt, for any orders that are not to your expectation. Returns after this time period are at the complete discretion of Spy Gear Angel and will incur a substantial restock fee.
- Ordering
- At Spy Gear Angel, we do our best to ensure that your order is fulfilled as expected. On rare occasions, the item you may have order is back-orders or out of stock and no longer available. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible of this situation, and offer you a opportunity to replace your item with an equal qualified item or to drop your order in its entirety.

- Viewing Orders
- When you place an order with Spy Gear Angel, your order is also stored in your account and can be viewed once you successfully login. In addition to this, we will transmit confirmation of your order once it has successfully been placed. Spy Gear Angel will also send order tracking information that can be used to trace your shipment in transit using the services of the shipping vendor disclosed wherein.

- As a member of Spy Gear Angel, you will have direct access to your account and any information supplied can be updated once you securely login in to your account.
